Laura Lee Weisgarber

Laura Lee Weisgarber, 61, of Canton, passed away surrounded by her family on April 1, 2025 at Aultman Hospital.

Laura was born on November 5, 1963 to Robert Weisgarber and the late Jane (Howells) Weisgarber in Massillon, OH.

Laura graduated from Jackson High School, Class of 1982 and received her Bachelors of Arts in Accounting and MIS from The Ohio State University, Class of 1987. Laura held a successful career starting with Diebold and ending with ICAN. She was a member of Divine Mercy, Saint Mary's, where she served as a Eucharistic Minister. She was Chairman of the First Pass at the Hall of Fame and a volunteer for Security Committee. Laura served as a leader of Junior Achievement, Board of Directors of DN Community Federal Credit Union, Board of Directors of The Preserve Condo Association, Chairman of the Regional Council of Institute of Management Accountants, and the National Association of Accountants. She loved her family, friends, and enjoyed her times on vacations and boating on Lake Cable.

Laura is also survived by her loving brother, Patrick (Kathy) Weisgarber, nephews and niece, Mason, Morgan (Dan), Mitchell, great-nephew Jay; and loving brother, Eric (Sarah) Weisgarber, nephews, Jack and Beau.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 13, 2025 from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm at Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home, Massillon, Ohio.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Fr. John Sheridan on Monday, April 14, 2025, 11:00 am at the Divine Mercy Parish, St. Mary's. Inurnment will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Divine Mercy Parish, St. Mary's.
