Lauren's passions were her family and work. A running and fitness enthusiast she had won State Indoor Champ for hurdles as a junior in high school in 1999. Lauren was deeply rooted and actively involved in her community. She had deep ties to Brookline and attended many local events and school programs. Additionally, she was a founding partner of The Montgomery Carroll Group one of the greater Boston's premier residential real estate sales and marketing teams.
Visiting hours will be held on Thursday October 5th in St. Mary of the Assumption Church, 5 Linden Pl., Brookline from 4:00 – 8:00. Her funeral will be held on Friday morning at 10:00 in the church.
Due to floral limitations in the church donations in memory of Lauren may be made to her children's education fund. Please make checks payable to the Bayliss/O'Connor Education Fund, c/o Rockland Trust, ATTN: Kathy Saifan, 1920 Centre St., West Roxbury, MA. 02132.

Lauren, was always so sweet and respectful I was always so proud of her and Diane loved her so very much. Lauren had such presence and when she smiled she literally light up the room, she was very special. She is missed!

Their countless memories of her, her friends all acting silly in the house in Brooklyn Kate Billy, Lauren they´re all very kids. They have a great time together they always made smile Lauren had a great personality

"Un nuevo Ángel se ha ido al cielo..."
Yes, an angel. Happy, hard worker, kind and dedicated to her family. Amicable to everyone. to my coworkers at DryBar and myself.
I will always remember the first words you would say once entering the salon... " Good afternoon, Rosa. Oh Rosa I have so much work to do, so much work. Ay ay Mucho trabajo!"
In my four years of doing your hair I noticed that we could have lively conversations every time, even with my small English vocabulary. I´ll never forget the time when you had surgery on your leg and your mom was in the hospital... I tried to give you strength and energy, made jokes so that you could smile. In that moment, I felt that we could relate on our love for our parents and family, and they tole that it takes when someone you love is hurt or sick.
Thank you for the memories, thank you for all of the conversations and laughter. May your soul rest in peace.

Lauren and I worked together on a real estate transaction a few years ago- she was wonderful to work with. We started our careers around the same time and she stood out to me among all the other agents right away. We´d pass by each other at open houses and she would always look right at me , her bright eyes shining and give me a big smile. She´d deliver a soft "hi" every time. Although she built a reputation as a skilled agent, she was so approachable and warm. What a lovely gift to offer the world - that so many of us were the recipients of her warm energy and beautiful smile. I´ll miss seeing her. My deepest sympathies to her family, by whom she was so cherished.

Lauren was an incredible athlete and a great teammate. I cheered with her at Brookline High School and she was hardworking and talented. She had a bright and fun personality that lit up a room and got the crowd hyped up at games. She was an excellent dancer and she always hit the dance floor at every party and event! She was loved by so many people and she will be missed. My deepest condolences to her family, especially Bobby and her sons.
