Laurie M. Ledbetter, a resident of Montgomery, Alabama, passed away Friday, June 23, 2023, at the age of 50. She was born February 8, 1973, in Montgomery, Alabama, to Jerry D. and Martha R. Ledbetter.
Laurie is survived by her son, Landon Sean Ledbetter; parents, Jerry and Martha Ledbetter; uncle, Mike Roberts (Sherry); two cousins, Cody Roberts (Joanna) and Chase Roberts (Lauren).
Laurie was a graduate of Auburn University. Her favorite pastime was watching her son, Landon, play baseball. He was the light of her life.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Eluid and Mary Ledbetter and
Floyd and Reba Roberts.
A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Lake Martin Animal Sanctuary, Post Office Box 240006, Eclectic, Alabama 36024.

I met Laurie when she was working with Compass Bank, she helped my family, on more than one occasion and we are forever thankful. She became a good friend and I will never forget her quick wit, contagious laugh, beautiful heart and smile. She will never be forgotten! Our prayers continue for her family & Landon. May our GOD give you a peace that passes understanding!

I worked with Laurie at Compass Bank, I was in Bham. She in Montgomery so it was mostly a phone relationship.

I met Laurie at a Real Estate function and we were both there supporting our local Realtors and both hanging back from the crowd feeling a bit uncomfortable and we made fast friends. She will be greatly missed by us all! Prayers for her son and her family as they struggle in the next weeks, months and years.

I knew Mrs Laurie for almost 11 years, I worked for her cleaning her house,(Karen´s Cleaning Service ) I was also with her throughout her pregnancy with her sweet son Landon, she was a sweet, kind person and with a great heart I will always remember her my beautiful Laurie my condolences to all her Family and Landon .

Laurie and I met while working at Compass Bank and we had mutual friends! She had a sweet smile and a cute laugh. She loved Landon so much! She will be missed! My sympathy to her sweet family!
