Laurie Gay Stevens Perrin, 60 years old of Ponchatoula, Louisiana, passed away Tuesday, September 23, 2014, at her home surrounded by family. She was born September 14, 1954 to Violet Byers Stevens and the late Paul Joseph Stevens. Laurie was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Ponchatoula, LA Surviving are her husband of 32 years, Ronald Joseph Perrin; daughter, Casey Lane Perrin Robert (husband Garrick Robert) of Ponchatoula, LA; 2 sons, Hunter Steven Perrin, (wife Whitney Boudreaux Perrin) and Tanner Joseph Perrin, all of Ponchatoula, LA; 3 grandchildren, Lauren Violet Robert, Grant Steven Robert, and Ryder Christopher Perrin, all of Ponchatoula, LA; 2 sisters, Charlotte Stevens Martin (wife of Carl Martin), and Starlyn Stevens Nickens (wife of Brandon Nickens) all of Ponchatoula, LA; 2 brothers, Paul Joseph Stevens, Jr. (wife Theresa Hill Stevens) of Ponchatoula, LA and Alan Byron Stevens (partner Louis Seube) of Temple, TX. In Lieu of flowers, please make donations to St. Joseph Catholic Church Building Fund, P.O. Box 368, Ponchatoula, LA 70454. Visitation will be held at Harry McKneely and Son Funeral Home in Ponchatoula, Thursday, September 25, 2014 from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm. Visitation will resume on Friday, September 26, 2014 at St. Joseph Catholic Church after 9:00am until the Mass of Christian Burial begins at 11:00 am with Fr. Paul McDuffie officiating. The family will be receiving guest at the Perrin home following services until 4:00 pm. A guestbook is available at www.harrymckneely.com
