Lawrence Edward Beverly was called home on February 5, 2025 after 81 years. Lawrence was born on August 27, 1943 to Hazel and Herbert Beverly who preceded him in death. He leaves behind his loving wife Linda Beverly, children: Tim (Lizabeth) Beverly, Tina (Tony) Taley, grandchildren: Shannon (Eric) Warren, Shellie (Brandon) Bieber, Taylor (Brett) McClure, and five great grandchildren, siblings: Linda Hill, Herbert Beverly Jr, Helen Reese, Wanda Garret, and Martha Dickson.
He was a proud Navy veteran who manned the USS-Purdy DD-734 as an E6 Engineman second class from 1962-1966. After that, he ran a farm while working at Anchor Hocking as he and Linda raised their children. He and Linda also owned City Limits Video for many years. Once he retired, he worked as a handyman for 12 years at Park National Bank. He loved to travel with Linda, work on his historic truck, read, and spend time with his family. He could fix anything with WD-40 and duct tape and was always making someone laugh.
