Lawrence R. Leiphart

Lawrence R. Leiphart, 89, entered into rest Friday November 4, 2022 at his home. He was the husband of Sandra
J. (Phillips) Leiphart for 50 years.
A visitation will be 12-1 p.m. Thursday November 17, 2022 at St. Matthew Lutheran Church 839 West Market St. The memorial service will begin at 1 p.m. at the church with Rev. Keith Fair officiating. The John W. Keffer Funeral Homes and Crematory, Inc., West York, is assisting with the arrangements.
Mr. Leiphart was born January 2, 1933 in East Prospect. PA, a son of the late Stuart E. and Norma Louise (May) Leiphart. He
served in the US Army during the Korean War and been employed as a truck driver for Yorktowne Kitchens, and Rite Aid. He attended St. Matthew Lutheran Church, the York Motorcycle Club, and the American Legion, Shiloh post. He was an antique
car buff, and also loved motorcycles.
Larry is survived by his wife; children Glenda Kane and her husband Steve, Mark Leiphart and his wife Christine, Lisa Crawford and her husband Keith, Julie Ort and her husband Keith, Debra Berkheimer and her husband Steven; 10 grandchildren;
14 great-grandchilrdren; nieces, nephews, and loving extended family; his dog Cooper, which he called "Precious Pup".
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the York Motorcycle Club.
