He is survived by his children Peggy (Charles) DiSalvo, Lawrence (Susan) Monte Jr.; grandchildren, Eleanor (Paul Bowden) Monte, Isaiah Monte, Andrew Monte, Gabriel Monte; great grandchildren Anthony Monte, Christopher Monte; brother David Monti; beloved dog Snickers; and nieces and nephews
Calling hours will be held on December 28, 2025 from 1:00 – 3:00pm at Miller Funeral and Cremation Services INC (3325 Winton Road South, Rochester, New York 14623). Following calling hours a reception will be held at 3:30pm at Larry and Sue's home (250 Fitzpatrick Trail West Henrietta, New York 14586) A celebration of life will be held the following day December 29, 2025 at 12:00pm at Miller Funeral and Cremation Services INC.
In lieu of flowers donations in Lawrence's honor can be made to either Manchester Model Railroad Association (donations mailed to 24 North Avenue, Manchester, New York 14504) or Flower City Tin Plate Trackers (donations mailed to Tom Werenski: 78 Hardison Road 14617).

Larry and I were great friends while we worked together at Allstate.
He came to visit me a couple of times after I had moved to Florida.
This is a picture we took together in 2011 when he came to visit.
He was a great person and will truly be missed by family and friends.
