Lawrence H. Romick

Lawrence was born on December 29, 1929 and passed away on Saturday, August 25, 2018. Lawrence was a resident of Sardis, Ohio at the time of passing. He served in the U.S. Navy, was fiscal officer of Lee Township for 17 years, a cement finisher for 45 years, a coach in Little League through American Legion for over 30 years and a co-founder of the Sardis Little League. Family will receive friends on Tuesday from 2-4 & 6-8 pm at the Grisell Funeral Home & Crematory 751 Third St. New Martinsville, WV. Visitation will also be held on Wednesday from Noon until time of service at 1:00 pm at Mt. Olive Church Fellowship Hall 39220 Mount Olive Road, Sardis. Interment will follow in Mt. Olive Cemetery. Donations in Larry's name may be made to the Mt. Olive Youth Fellowship 37267 5th Ave., Sardis, OH 43946.
