Lawrence "Larry" W. Sullivan passed away peacefully on August 31, 2025, in Buzzards Bay,Massachusetts. He was born on December 3, 1930, in Boston, Massachusetts.A proud Marine, Larry served his country with honor during the Korean War. His service reflected a deep sense of duty and commitment that remained a defining part of his character throughout his life.

Larry was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Ruth Margaret, his parents Mary and James Jordan I, and his brother, James Jordan II. He leaves behind his four children: Lauren (Robbie) Henderson of Southport, NC, Kendra (Bill) Connell, Marcia (Stephen) Giorgio of Southport, NC and Christopher (Jamie) Sullivan of W. Newbury, MA. He was grandfather to Johanna, Jessie, Kaitlin, Benjamin, Rachel, Emma, Matthew, Paige and Christopher, as well as great grandfather to Shepherd, Bray and Bryson. Larry is also remembered by many nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at 11:00am at Saint Margaret of Scotland Parish, 141 Main St. in Buzzards Bay, Ma. Burial will immediately follow at Massachusetts National Cemetery, with military honors.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
