Lawrence Williams Obituary
CHAMPAIGN - Lawrence "Bino" Williams, 81, of Champaign, formerly of Urbana, died Sunday (Aug. 24, 2025) at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at New Generation Church (formerly Greater Holy Temple), 1409 W. Dublin St., Urbana. Apostle Simmons will officiate. Burial will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Danville National Cemetery, Danville. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. Monday at the church. Walker Funeral Services and Chapel, 704 N. Fourth St., Champaign, is in charge of arrangements.

So sorry to hear of your loss and I offer my sincere condolences and prayers to the Williams family. I've known Beno since the late 60's when I arrived in Champaign from Rome/Utica New York and was stationed at Chanute Air Force Base at Rantoul Illinois.
