Layne Schautz Obituary
He was born April 19, 2022, in Big Rapids the son of Chadwick Peterson and Rebeckah Schautz. Even though he was only here for a few days he touched many lives. Layne brought so much love, and brought people together. He was blessed with beautiful blonde hair and was the spitting image of his dad.
Left to cherish his memory are his parents; his sister Indigo McClelland; grandparents, Karen Trimner, Gary Schautz, John Church, and Valerie Peterson; and several aunts and uncles.
A Memorial gathering will be on Thursday, May 12, 2022, beginning at 1:00 p.m., at the Mohnke Funeral Home in Big Rapids.
