Our beloved Dad, brother, uncle, friend and neighbor Leandro Olmos Gomez, known to everyone as Lee, has left his Earthly family, friends and life — and has moved to Heaven with his parents, brother, family and friends. Our Dad had a bad fall in October and struggled to recover from his injuries. It is so immensely tragic because he had a strong heart, lungs, no high blood pressure, no diabetes, and was happy being independent. He was, however, in a lot of pain from his body giving out. Our Dad, 85 years old, will always be remembered as a happy person, always positive, kind and friendly. His home was always open. Parties, family, friends. So many people lived with him throughout his years. We are all so devastated and heartbroken by his tragic passing. Nothing but time and cherished memories will ease this immense grief and pain. I know Dad/Lee would not want his daughters, family and friends to be sad and depressed when they think of him. Remember how good he was; his love of family; his positive demeanor. He was a good man who lived a good life. We will always be grateful for his business acumen running Lee’s Floor Coverings for many decades. Pray for his soul to continue his journey in Heaven so that he lives in our hearts and minds forever. God welcomes you Dad. Love you forever. See you in Heaven when it’s our time.
