Leann Sue Bryan

Leann Sue Bryan, age 68, of Hillsdale and formerly of Hudson, passed away on Saturday, December 6, 2025, at her home. She was born on February 7, 1957, in Taylor, Michigan, to Leroy and Alice (Butler) Anthony. Leann married Steven Randy Bryan on April 17, 1976, and he preceded her in death on February 3, 2015.
Leann graduated from Trenton High School in Taylor. She was formerly employed as the assistant manager at the Shell gas station in Hudson and later for the J.C. Party Store in Morenci. Leann and Steve enjoyed going dancing and taking many camping trips together. She loved spending time with her family and grandchildren, especially when the grandkids came for sleepovers. Leann also enjoyed coloring, collecting nicknacks, and playing cards.
Survivors include four children, Melissa (Frank) Northrup of Hillsdale, Renae (Brian) O'Brien of Morenci, Jason Bryan of Idaho, and Dustin (Laura) Bryan of Hudson; nineteen grandchildren; twenty-five great-grandchildren; and four sisters, Sarah Rhodes, Irene (Joe) Benkert, Barb Rinaldi, and Dottie (Phil) Lattner.
In addition to her husband, Leann was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral service for Leann Bryan will be held Thursday, December 11, 2025, at 1:00 PM at the VanHorn-Eagle Funeral Home in Hillsdale with Minister Andrea Clark officiating. Cremation will follow the service, and a private family graveside will take place at Oak Grove Cemetery in Morenci at a later date. The family will receive friends for visitation on Wednesday from 6:00-8:00 PM and on Thursday from 12:00 PM until the time of service at the funeral home.
