Leanne R. Asbell, 56, Sugar Grove, Ohio. Born August 22, 1969. Passed away unexpectedly Friday, November 21, 2025, at Logan Hospital.
She was a homemaker that enjoyed the company of family and friends. In her spare time, she liked going to mud bog races, listening to music, putting together puzzles, and collecting dolphin items.
Leanne is survived by her longtime partner Dave Gilkey of Bonaire, Georgia; daughter Camie Perry of Bremen, Ohio; son Anthony “Tony” Asbell of Bonaire, Georgia; granddaughter Dakota; grandsons Dalton and Rylan; mother Leora “Lori” Asbell of Sugar Grove, Ohio; step father Mark Asbell of Sugar Grove, Ohio; sisters, Clara Jo Asbell of Lancaster, Ohio; Shelly Carpenter of Hebron, Ohio; also many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her father; sister Laura (Sanders) Coey; and grandparents.
Caring Cremation® has taken place through the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home and Crematory Lancaster, Ohio.
