Leatha Michelle Saint Coons, born on September 21, 1967, in Maryland, passed away on January 17, 2026, in Pascagoula, MS. Leatha was a dedicated teachers aid who enjoyed her work in Kentucky for many years. About 15 years ago, she moved to the Gulf Coast, where she continued to make an impact through her kindness and dedication.
Leatha had a passion for crafting and loved spending time poolside, visiting with family and friends. She cherished these moments and made many memories that will be fondly remembered by those she loved.
She is survived by her husband of 22 years, Jeff Coons; her brother EJ Sait and sister-in-law Barbara; her nephew Jonathon Saint and his wife Shannon; her niece Nora Saint; her aunts Alice Robinson and Jane Tucker; and her special cousins Charlotte Oswalt and Kali Brooks.
Leatha is preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Della Saint, and her sister Levita Mills.
The visitation and service are pending and will be announced by Riemann Family Funeral Home, Long Beach.
