Lee Morton Collett Jr.

Lee Morton Collett, Jr., of London, Kentucky, was born on April 4, 1963, in Leslie County, Kentucky. He was the son of the late Lee Morton Collett and Margaret Frances Cobb Collett.

He leaves behind seven loving siblings: Debbie Collett of Frenchburg, Kentucky; Diane Farmer and husband Jack of Berea, Kentucky; Marie Hacker and husband James, Clarence Collett, and James Collett, all of London; Mary Collett of Stanford, Kentucky; and Jonathan Collett of Lexington, Kentucky. He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, extended family members, and many dear friends who will cherish his memory.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Gene Collett and Roy Collett.

Lee was a member of Old Union Holiness Church. He was the owner of Dent Wizard. He was also an antique dealer who found great joy in collecting and trading antiques, a passion that brought him happiness throughout his life.

Lee Morton Collett, Jr. departed this life on Sunday, February 15, 2026, at the age of 62 years, 10 months, and 11 days.

The funeral service for Lee Morton Collett, Jr. will be conducted at 1 pm Thursday in the Bowling Funeral Home Chapel with Jordan Hacker and James Hacker officiating. Burial will follow in the Owsley Cemetery in London.

The family will receive friends beginning at 11 am Thursday until the funeral hour of 1 pm at Bowling Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be James Collett, Jonathon Collett, Clarence Collett, Jordan Hacker, Logan Hilton and Jeremy Collett.
