In Loving Memory of Lee Forest Dixon 12/20/54 – 9/10/25
Lee Forest Dixon passed away on September 10, 2025, at the age of 70. His journey through life was not without its struggles-he faced many challenges and hardships along the way. Yet through it all, Lee remained a cherished member of our family, known for his magnetic personality and unwavering loyalty to those he loved.
In his younger years, Lee found joy in the thrill of riding his motorcycle and the satisfaction of working on cars. He had a deep appreciation for the outdoors, often taking scenic drives through Kern Canyon and spending time camping beneath the stars. He also enjoyed watching NASCAR races and war movies, finding comfort and entertainment in those quiet moments.
Though life didn't always offer him the stability he sought, those close to Lee saw flashes of the man he might have become under different circumstances-kind, generous, and full of potential. His love for family and friends was steadfast, and he would go to great lengths to support those he cared about.
Lee is survived by his brother Kenneth and wife Belva, his sister Kathryn, his daughter Jenny and her husband Keith, and his beloved grandchildren Kathryn and Keith Jr. He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews who will remember him fondly. He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Maxine, and his older sister Susan.
A private remembrance will be held by the family. In lieu of flowers please make donations to wounded heroes fund or your favorite charity.
