Lee "Lee Lee" Kenneth Hughes, 48, of Sheboygan, WI, passed away on May 10, 2025 doing what he loved riding his motorcycle.
He was born on December 7, 1976 in Osseo, WI, a son of Kenneth Hughes and the late Pamela (Myren) Johnson.
Lee attended South High School in Sheboygan.
He earned an Associates Degree in Computer Aided Design from Madison Technical College in 2000. He attended UW Sheboygan and earned his Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2015 and earned his Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Lakeland University in 2017.
Lee worked at Kohler Company as a Project Design Analyst for 19 years and General Atomics as a Business Systems Analyst for the past 3 years.
He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Sheboygan and the Moose Club.
Lee had a deep love for motorcycles and most recently for Harleys. He was an avid outdoorsman and loved a great adventure. Lee was a Black Belt in Hap Moo Do. He enjoyed snowmobiling, boating, fishing, traveling, trapshooting, and spending time with his family and friends, especially his grandchildren and his dog, Xena.
Lee was a handyman, and was always ready to lend a hand to others. His smile was big and his heart bigger. His memory will live forever in the hearts and minds who knew and grew to love him.
Survivors include his two sons, Phoenix (Emily) Hughes and Lukas Hughes; his former wife, Kathy Hughes – together they raised Lee's son Phoenix and their son Lukas – grandchildren, Ava, Vivienne, Kayden, and Ellia Hughes; father, Ken Hughes; half-sister, Carrie Joann Hughes; and many other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Adam Hughes; mother, Pamela Johnson; maternal grandparents, Gerald and Donna Myren; and paternal grandparents, George and Edith Hughes.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 24, 2025 at the Suchon Funeral Home in Plymouth from 12:00PM-3:00PM with a Memorial Service to follow at 3:00PM. Rev. Timothy Mech will officiate. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
