I just learned of Lee's passing on Facebook after checking in on him. I worked with Lee at Deer Island and he was a mentor for me there. He would call me Jr. and I would call him Pops. I'll miss him, he was a great guy and friend. Rest well my friend

Lee and I became friends while working at the Seabrook Nuclear power station. Lee would call me to wish my family a happy Thanksgiving for many years after our workdays together had ended. He was the driving force for the AOV team that was formed to increase efficiency and save our company money. I never joined him, but Lee was an avid dart thrower and competed with friends from work with great success.
I had the honor of visiting lee at his home in Atkinson several times being able to sit out back on his deck to enjoy the quite woods and hear stories of how his attic became a beehive. I shared home grown garlic with him that he said he used to make his special Italian tomato sauce. He also shared his recipe for cooking butternut squash with me that uses cinnamon, yum yum. We parted last with a challenge to compete in a friendly game of cribbage. Hopefully when we meet again, we will get a chance to play. I will miss you Lee, thank you for being a great friend.

RIP Lee. We worked together for a long time up at Seabrook Station. A great teammate.
