Leilani Ann Richmond

Leilani Ann Richmond, formerly from Petersburg, West Virginia was born on July 29, 1946, in Palo Alto, California, she passed away peacefully on September 17, 2025, in St. Clairsville, Ohio, at the age of 79.

Leilani dedicated her life to being a loving homemaker and compassionate animal lover. Her nurturing spirit was felt by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Schoonover; her mother, Hilda (Weston) Schoonover and her brother Randy.

Leilani is survived by her daughters, Ann Richmond of Florida; Michelle Prettyman of Moundsville, West Virginia; Kathy Allen of Ohio and Bobbi Jo Swick of Petersburg, West Virginia. She is also survived by her brother, Mark Schoonover; her sisters, Judy Faircloth and Brenda JonMoore; and several cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who brought immense joy to her life.

Per Leilani's wishes, there will be no services at this time. Her family wishes to express their gratitude for the support and condolences received during this difficult time.
