Leisa Kaye Cunningham Laycock, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away Saturday afternoon, August 16, 2025, with her children by her side.

Leisa was born on October 8, 1960, in Payson, Utah, to Clifford Bert Laycock and Carol Rebecca Stevenson Laycock. She was the 3rd of 4 daughters.

Leisa was known for her love of helping others. She would give anyone the shirt off her back or go without so someone else could have whatever they needed. She loved to cook at the training school and many other places. She also loved her family very much. She never went anywhere without pictures of her grandkids, always showing them off and telling different stories about them as well.

Leisa is survived by her three kids: Kristin (Joesippi) Miglia, Amber Alvidrez, and Ryan (Shilo) Davis; and her grandchildren: Chelsey, Mcabe, Derek, Briana, Alexander, Zachory, Hailey, Keaton, Liam, and Paisley. She is also survived by her three sisters: Val, Sue, and Sandy; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son, Brandon Forbes; and her parents, Cliff and Carol Laycock.

Per Leisa's request there will be no services.
