Deepest sympathies and sincere condolences to the Washington family. I want to apologize for being late, since I just found out about your Mother's passing. Denzel and I were childhood friends and the last we were together we took pictures in NYC backstage at the Broadway play, "A Raisin in the Sun". I am glad Mrs. Washington had a chance to see the pictures of Denzel and his friends. Peace and continued blessings to the Washington family.

My deepest condolences to the Washington Family. I've know Mrs. Lennis Washington most of my life and she was a wonderful person. I remember when she first opened her beauty shop on 4th Ave. in Mount Vernon, NY. One of the last times I saw her was in a little department store on 4th Ave. where she was buying stockings before getting on a flight to LA where her son, Denzel was up for his first Oscar in Glory. May she rest in peace.
