Visitation will begin Monday, September 9, 2024 at 5pm at the funeral home
Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, September 10, 2024 at 12 noon at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Prestonsburg, Kentucky with Bill Collins officiating
Burial will follow at Burchett Family Cemetery, Buffalo, Endicott, Prestonsburg, Kentucky
In lieu of flowers please make donations to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses
