A memorial service for Lenora Mae Henning, 92, will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 2201 Airline Dr., Bossier City, Louisiana.
Lenora passed away on Friday, October 10, 2025, in Elm Grove, Louisiana. She was born in Marysville, Kansas, on November 29, 1932, to Kenneth Scheibe and Elnora Farrell. She resided in Elm Grove, Louisiana, for 55 years.
Lenora was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Clarence D. Henning, Sr., and her son, William Henning. She is survived by sons, Clarence D. Henning, Jr., and wife, Dora, Ricky L. Henning, Terry G. Henning, and wife, Silvia; daughters, Connie A. Rivera, Susan K. Henning, Debbie D. Henning, and Ashley Henning-Clarke. She is also survived by multiple grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
The family would like to thank Dr. Diane Lim and the nurses and staff of Willis Knighton of North Bossier. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude’s Children's Hospital, www.stjude.org, or www.shrinerschildrens.org>locations> Shreveport.
