Lenoria Walker

Lenoria Clapp Walker was born on October 10, 1932 in Alamance County, North Carolina to the late John Henry Clapp and the late Victoria Moore Clapp. She peacefully transitioned into eternal life on September 22, 2025 while she was being cared for by the staff of Alamance Healthcare Center.
She was a member of Elon First Baptist Church for many years and was a house keeper for Holiday Inn for a number of years until her retirement. She was the devoted wife of the late Reverend Odell Walker, Sr. and the two were blessed with many years of wedded bliss and shared the joy of six children. She loved maintaining a well-manicured yard. She had some of the most beautiful flowers on Lanier Court. She will be forever remembered and cherished for her love and devotion to God and family.
Those left to cherish her memories are her children: James Andrew Walker (Gayle), Odell Walker, Jr. (Connie), Henry Walker, Patricia Ann Walker, Frances Walker and Nancy Jean Walker; six grandchildren: Tiara, Precious, Bryan, Thaddeus, Adam (Vanessa) and Kevin (Valeria); 8 great-grandchildren; two sisters: Tula Mae Clapp and Thelma Clapp Shoffner as well as a host of nieces and nephews other relatives and dear friends.
In her passing she now joins in rest her devoted husband and loving parents as well as her siblings: Albert Clapp, Arthur Clapp, John Henry Clapp, Kenny Clapp, Monroe Clapp, Wilbert Clapp and Carrie Annabelle Clapp.
