Leo Ivan Ayala, 45, of Asbury Park, NJ, passed away on October 21, 2025, surrounded by love. Leo was a bright light in every room. An entrepreneur, a creative, and a deeply generous man who touched the lives of so many. His presence was magnetic. He brought excitement, humor, and heart into every space he entered. Whether he was dreaming up a new idea or making someone laugh, Leo had a gift for connection.

He is survived by his wife Teal Godesky, his parents Elena and Leo Ayala, and his sister Elena Ayala, beloved uncles and aunts Rosie (Octavio), Wilson (Sandra), Josefina (Jaime), DeeAnn (Rene), Delmy (Dennis), David (Aleika), Jeaneth (Yared), and Endy (Julita), cousins Jose Rodrigues, Karen Mazariego, Vanessa Prevete, Andrea Holzherr, Suzy Velasquez, Michelle Mazariego, Alexander Villatoro, Annabel Mazariego, Bryan Villatoro, Isabelle Mazariego, Max Picado, and Jeffer Martinez, Sophia, Jasai, and Jayce and all of whom loved him fiercely.

Leo was predeceased by his beloved Grandmother Margarita Mazariego. His impact lives on not only in the memories shared by family and friends, but in the countless lives he uplifted with his generosity and warmth. Leo's life was a reminder of how deeply one person can affect the world just by being fully, unapologetically themselves.
