Leo Matherne Obituary
Visitation will be held at Falgout Funeral Home in Raceland on Thursday, March 31st from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time. Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 p.m.
Leo is survived by his wife, Whitney N. Rodriguez; father, Barry Matherne; mother Patricia "Patty" LeBlanc; siblings, Jada M. Richeaux, Jada LeBlanc, Ariel Hebert, Ian Dufrene, Trista Dufrene, Nathan Hebert, Jr.
Leo was a one of a kind person. He had the nicest soul, the biggest brightest smile, and lit up every room he walked into. Leo loved to skate, getting those head shots or no shots, and spending time with his cats. Leo loved what he did and always strived to be the best he can be. The world is a darker place without him. Anyone who had the pleasure of knowing him would say the same. Leo will be missed and loved forever.

I am sorry for your loss. I am a Technical Support representative for ACR the Point-Of-Sale provider for Rouses. After Leo was promoted to IT Service Manager, I had the pleasure to work with him countless times. Every time he called in, I was greeted with a very kind and understanding man who was eager to learn. He truly will be missed.

Whitney, I am so sorry for your great loss. I only met Leo a couple of times but he totally won over your Granny and she always said how good Leo was to you. It is not easy to win over a Granny. I'm praying for peace and healing of your heart.
