Leo Vuocolo Obituary

Born November 2, 1940 in Lock Haven, he was the son of the late Leo M. Vuocolo and Beryl Baney Baughman.
Leo was a Veteran of the United States Navy, proudly serving from 1957 to 1962.
On December 27, 1960 he married the former Rosetta Dauberman, who preceded him in death on August 11, 2018.
Following his return from service, Leo worked at Piper Aircraft, Winner's Packing Plant and C-Cor Electronics of State College before he and Rose founded Leo's Italian & Specialty Foods, where Leo worked until his retirement.
He was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Parish, attending St. Agnes Catholic Church, and a past member of the Lock Haven Sons of Italy.
Leo dedicated his life to God and family, sharing his love by living a simple and meaningful life, putting faith in God's strength and grace to guide them. He enjoyed gardening, strumming his guitar, nature, going for walks, and a great passion for baking and cooking. Throughout his life, Leo retained a wealth of knowledge in many aspects through his love and passion for reading.
He is survived by three daughters, Lori Vuocolo (Kreg Stark) Casilio of Lock Haven, Kelly Vuocolo of Lock Haven and Beth Vuocolo of Flemington; two sisters, Deanna VanGorder and Kim Toner; six grandchildren: Brooke (Andy) Perez, Morgan (Kyle Boone) Russell, Gunner (Ashly Yost) Vuocolo, Rocco Stark, Kyler Stark and Mia (Bron) Jones; and two great-grandchildren, Jada Jones and Kolt Stark.
In addition to his wife and parents, Leo was preceded in death by a grandson, Sammy Casilio.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, November 1, 2025 at 2 P.M. at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 3 E. Walnut St., Lock Haven, PA 17745 with Military Veteran Honors to follow.
Private burial will take place at St. Agnes Catholic Cemetery, Lock Haven.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington, PA 17745.
