Wanted to share a wonderful pix of Leon with our good friend Bill from
NC. This pix was taken same 8 years ago on beautiful Lake Michigan ! Lee is a spry 80 years young! Bill here is one our group of dear friends that Uncle Leon invited some months ago to join his buddies from Antioch, We have Richard, ( the walking Insight Book) Garrett, which was Lee´s nickname for the man! Papa Stevie Kosick, our sage, mature experienced Elder joining us from FLA, Bill from NC, Denny, Antioch, and last, but not least me. Leon began this gathering some 5 years ago when the Pandemic hit us, and changed our life forever. But, all these Brothers faithfully continued to meet, online in Zoom, for all these years, and we continue to meet, to honor our dear friend, Brother, Servant, Father, Grandfather, Uncle, son, and Faithful Husband of his dear beloved wife & care giver Sue! Lee´s final days were filled with sentiment, love , laughter and sadness . His dear only child Dianna was there to comfort him before he fell asleep. The wonderful Hospice Alliance, were amazing as they took gentle, loving sincere care of him. Giving Aunt Sue some beautiful help, these past weeks. He sleep´s now, awaiting that hope we all have, to see our loved ones again. Jah will call, and he will answer. .

Sleep well, uncle Leon, and when you awake, the world will be a paradise.

I have fond memories of Leon. When I was young n pioneering, he always serviced my car...he even overhauled my old VW. Washing out the parts in his bathtub.
He was always very generous, and esp. interested in assisting the young ones.
I am sorry for your loss Diana...
