On July 2, 2025, Leonard passed away at Jefferson Hospital in Washington Township. Born in Camden and raised in Audubon, Len graduated from Audubon High School in 1978 and was a longtime volunteer fireman at Audubon Defender Fire Department. He was a quiet, steady presence in the lives of those who knew him-a father, a friend, and a man who didn't need much to be content. He survived cancer with quiet grit, and endured a long, difficult battle with the lasting effects of treatment. Through it all, he never complained-he just kept going. Len also worked as a purchasing agent for Shamrock HVAC for most of his adult life.
Leonard was predeceased by his parents, Leonard and Elizabeth (nee McMullen). He is lovingly survived by his three children, Leonard Bednarczyk, Jr. (Wife, Rachel), Kelly McFall (Husband, Raymond) and Steven Bednarczyk (Wife, Emily); his grandchildren, Raymond, Gunner, Addison, Benjamin, Hudson, Collins and Wren along with his sister, Susan Klumpp (Husband, Ed).
A Life Celebration will be held by his family the weekend of August 17th. Details will be shared on Facebook for location, official date, and time. All are welcomed.

My prayers go out to Lenny's family. Lenny and I have been friends for about 35 years. We first worked at Wittmans HVAC together and then Shamrock HVAC. Then about 22 years ago I moved to Alabama and we talked about every month or so. Lenny was a good friend and will be missed . I will see you again in heaven my friend.

Deepest and sincerest condolences. Lenny was a good childhood friend of my brother Jack aka Hal. I last saw Lenny about 10-12 years ago at a wedding reception we both attended as we were seated at the same table. We shared many laughs that night. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this difficult time.
