Leonard B. Gaultney, age 75, was born on December 4, 1950, in Muskegon to the late Blaine S. and Loretta B. (Woodland) Gaultney and passed away on December 20, 2025. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by a daughter, Paula Loretta Gaultney and three brothers, Kenneth, Gary, and Edward. Leonard is survived by his wife of over 55 years, Diana; three children, Christina Bradfield, Dawn (Bob) Gaultney-Meyers, and Zachary (Traci) Gaultney; nine grandchildren, Christopher (Jessica), Joshua, Cody (Emily), Lindi, Charles (Alyssa), Elissa, Payton, Reese, and Kaylin; five great-grandchildren, Lucas, Eleanor, Frankie, Elizabeth, and Atlas; siblings, Ellen (Al) Pohl, Richard Gaultney, and Bonnie Johnson; multiple nieces and nephews.
Leonard retired from Atco Flex in Grand Haven. He was an avid poker player and was a Detroit sports fan rooting for the Lions and Tigers, win or lose. He especially loved watching his son Zachary play basketball. According to his wishes cremation has taken place and a private Celebration of Life Gathering will be held. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to the charities his children have chosen, CSNIP at csnip.org in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Big Lake Humane Society at biglakehumane.org or Faithful to Felines at www.faithful2felines.com
