Scott Gregory, 59, of Eubank, Kentucky passed away Friday, June 7, 2024 at his residence.

He was born on April 6, 1965 to Brunelle (Shannon) Brooks and the late Paul Gregory in Fort Knox, Kentucky. He was an athletic director at Southwestern High School for 9 years. He was a member at St. Mildred's Catholic Church. He had several hobbies, including hunting, fishing, traveling, and coaching. He was a World War II history buff. He never met a stranger and was loved by all.

He is survived by his wife, Beth Gregory; his mother, Brunelle Brooks; step-father, Mike Brooks; one daughter, Valerie & (Stephen) Reynolds; two god daughters, Lydiann Taylor and Keren Ixcol; one grandchild, Oakley Reynolds; soon-to-be grandchild, Olivia Reynolds; one brother, Tommy Smith; two sisters, Sherri & (Mike) Jones and Courtney & (Luciano) Cruz; and two step-mothers, Margaret Gregory and Catherine Smith.

He was preceded in death by his father, Tom Smith; and his step-father, Paul Gregory.

A funeral service will be held at 1PM on Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Tim Walker, Brad Hall, and Mike King officiating.

Burial will be at Lakeside Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends at 11AM on Wednesday, June 12, 2024.

In lieu of flowers the family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Oakley & Olivia Reynolds Scholarship Fund.
