So sorry to read about the passing of Lenny. He was such a good person. I met him on the west side of my hometown Chicago when I was in my 20s at a restaurant where he had come to do something with the jukeboxes. He offered me a part time job to help him make labels for his business. We remained friends for many years. I am now in my late 60s. When I relocated to Georgia in 2000, I would call him once in a while to say hello and if I was in the area in Chicago, we would get together for a drink and share some fun memories and a hug. My sincere condolences to his family and friends.

I had the pleasure of living at 221 Walton with Lenny as one of my neighbors for about 12 years - he will be SO dearly missed. I will never forget riding the elevator with him, my mother, and a very young woman- and my mother saying "oh is this your daughter, she is so cute" - needless to say it was not his daughter, but we all laughed. I will miss running into him at night as we both were having individual late night "parties" lol. I will miss seeing him rolling around in one of his sweet whips. I will miss him letting me pile my groceries on his cart after one of his Costco runs. He always made me smile really hard and I am really going to miss that - I am finding that just the thought of him makes me smile - he was a really special person. To his entire family and friends - On behalf of myself and my family - Please accept our sincerest condolences. Love - Virginia, Bill and Sam Dwyer.
