Leonard C. Harding

Leonard C. Harding, 73, of Falconer passed away unexpectedly Tuesday (November 4, 2025) in Westfield Memorial Hospital. A lifelong area resident he was born July 23, 1952 in Jamestown, the son of the late Leonard Harding and Vivian Sholl Fargo. Leonard was a graduate of Falconer High School and in earlier years was employed by the former Falconer Plate Glass. Prior to retirement he was employed by Lutheran Social Services. He was a member of the Ellington Rod & Gun Club. Leonard enjoyed spending time with family and friends, kayaking, fishing, camping, bicycling and being outdoors enjoying nature. He was always willing to lend a helping hand and served as a driver to the local Amish community. Surviving are his two sons: Scott (Suzanne) Harding of Jamestown, Todd (Leeanna) Harding of Lancaster, SC; three grandchildren: Avary, Ethan and Aiden Harding; two brothers: David Harding, Robert (Kim) Harding Jr.; a sister Lorrie Beish and a step sister Judy Hayes. He was preceded in death by his father Leonard Harding, his mother Vivan A. Fargo and step father Robert J. Fargo Sr. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday in the Falconer Funeral Home.
