Leonard Eugene "Lenny" Scott

Leonard Eugene "Lenny" Scott, age 74, of Xenia, passed away Friday, January 2, 2026 at Soin Medical Center in Beavercreek, Ohio. He was born September 2, 1951, in Portsmouth, Ohio. Lenny loved football, and was a big Cleveland Browns fan. He enjoyed old classic television, and watched anything Andy Griffith, Gunsmoke, and The Rifleman. More than anything, he loved his family, especially his grandchildren. Lenny is survived by his wife Johnna L. (Finley) Scott; daughter Renae F. Scott of Xenia; step-son John Robert Finley of Xenia; grandchildren, Brooke Burt, Brayden Burt, Kyler Queen, and Shayne Scott; step-grandchildren, Kayla Finley, Hannah Finley, Craig Finley, and Tyler Finley; great grandchildren, Sasha, Harmony, and Sage; siblings, Randy (Jeanie) Scott of Newark, Ruthanne Neill of Columbus, and Sharon Stepp of Columbus; sister-in-law Rhonda Weller of Jamestown, brother-in-law Mike Finley of Jamestown; several nieces and nephews; and many friends. Lenny is preceded in death by his parents; brother Michael Scott; step-mother Zelda; and brother-in-law John Thomas "Eddie' Finley.
