Leroy DuBois Obituary
Leroy was born on August 8, 1960 in Hornell, NY. Leroy had a magnetic personality that drew in everyone he met, and he loved everyone. He was a sweet, kind, caring man who loved the outdoors, spending time with his family, going to the races with his friends, woodworking, jewelry making and his beloved cats, Puddy and Paddy.
He was predeceased by his parents, William DuBois and Roxie Ann DuBois; daughter, Taya Marie Hill; grandsons: Brenden and Braiden Hill; brother, Royce Burrows, Marlea Gillett and his lifelong partner, Diana Rigby.
He is survived by his beloved daughter, Heather DuBois and her partner, Brooke Toomey; grandchildren: Alexis Archibald (Alex Murphy), Dalton Archibald (Marie Plumley), and Kyleigh Archibald (Jeremiah Adams); great grandchildren: Amara and Arlo Murphy; Diana's children: Melissa Raynor (Travis), and Amanda Raynor; Melissa's children: Rita Santos, Tyler Hallenbeck, and Brendan Kincella; as well as siblings: Paul Burrows (Rosie), William DuBois, Jr., Marilyn Csikortos, Lorena Bulkley (Gerry) and Ronald DuBois; as well as several nieces and nephews.
A private viewing will be held at the convenience of the family. Carpenter's Funeral Home, 14 E. Pulteney St., Corning, NY has been entrusted with the arrangements.
