Leroy Miller Obituary
Lee was born in Wooster on Feb. 27, 1964, to Peter E. and Mattie S. (Miller) Miller and married Dawn Marie (Taphouse) Howell on Aug. 14, 2002. He had been a brick layer and more recently a tile setter having been a member of Brick Layers Local #7 and Tile Setters Local #36 in Cleveland. Lee enjoyed hunting morel mushrooms in the spring, working in his garden and caring for his backyard chickens.
Surviving is his wife, Dawn; his four children, Michael Miller of Copley Twp., William Howell of Akron and Peter Miller and Emmalee Miller of Copley Township; brothers and sister, John (Susie) Miller and Andrew (Marie) Miller, of Holmesville, Elsie (Joseph) Miller of Utica, Mervin (Leona) Miller of Millersburg and Daniel (Gertie) Miller of Rexford, Montana and nieces and nephews.
Lee was preceded in death by his parents, a sister Miriam and an infant sister.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, Sept. 19th at 6:30 p.m. at New Life Fellowship Church, 8580 County Road 245, Holmesville. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call Thursday, Sept. 18th from 6-8 p.m. and Friday, from 2-4 p.m. with a meal at 4:30 p.m., prior to the service. Murray Funeral Home in Fredericksburg is assisting the family with arrangements.
