Lesa Annette Fields was born September 8, 1974 in Whitley County, Kentucky. She was the daughter of the late Rudolph Bowling and Martha Marcum Bowling who survives of London, Kentucky. She was united in marriage to Michael Fields who survives of London. She is also survived by one son, Andrew Jones of Atlanta, Georgia; five siblings, Barry Bowling, Jason Bowling, Sheila Bowling and Carol Cottongim all of London, and Randy Bowling of Berea, Kentucky; plus a host of other family and friends to mourn her passing.
In addition to her father she was also preceded in death by five siblings, Rudy Bowling, Donnie Bowling, Johnny Bowling, and Kathy "Janie" Bowling Courtney.
She was of the Protestant Faith and worked at ACS.
Lesa Annette Fields departed this life Friday, February 3, 2023 being 48 years, 4 months, and 26 days of age.
The funeral service for Lesa Annette Fields will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Sunday in the Bowling Funeral Home Chapel with Danny England officiating. Burial will follow in the New Salem Cemetery in London.
The family of Lesa Annette Fields will receive friends at Bowling Funeral Home Sunday beginning at 12:00 p.m. until the funeral hour of 2:00 p.m.
Pallbearers: Trevor Bowling, Zachary Bowling, Lucas Shirley, Clinton Boshers, Tim Rudder, and Johnathan Gay.
