A Celebration of Life for Leslie Shay Fletcher will be held from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 8, 2023, at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 2201 Airline Drive, Bossier City, Louisiana.
Leslie was born March 30, 1973, in San Antonio, Texas, to John Steven Rutledge and Melissa Graves Rutledge. She passed away on Friday evening, February 24, 2023, in Plain Dealing, Louisiana.
Leslie’s hobbies included going out to eat, watching movies, and listening to music. Some of her favorite artists are Foo Fighter, Prince, Kiss, and so many more. She loved to read and spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Leslie always made sure that everyone was taken care of before her own needs. She lived a simple life, not needing much to make her happy. She was a loving mother and grandma who is going to be greatly missed.
Leslie is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her daughters, Bailey DeMary, Blaine DeMary, and Joely Fletcher; grandchildren, Parker Ebey, Dakotah Miller, Peyton Craft, and Madeleine Miller.

That I wouldn´t have traded my mother for anything I loved her with my whole heart even though she made some mistakes we all have and she was a great mother and I know I was loved by her. I love you mama so much and I miss you.
