Lester entered into eternal rest on Friday, February 9, 2024, enroute to Anderson, Indiana to live with his oldest child, Kendra Sharnise Bobb.

Bobb Gilmore, Apopka, FL; Who helped raised him with her two daughters: Dorcas Raejeana Gilmore (Chad), Baltimore, Maryland and Tabitha Raejeana Gilmore-Curtis (Kwame) Orlando, FL; Three Aunts: Jennie Lee Cadore, Titusville, FL; Juanita Barkley, Deland, FL; Beatrice Williams, Sanford, FL; Uncles: Mr. Stanley Williams, Tampa, FL; Wilbert Williams, Sanford, FL; Charles Williams, Sanford, FL; The Curley Jackson Family; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and sorrowing relatives and family friends.
