Lester Frenz, 82, The Villages, Fla. passed away on December 21, 2025 at The Villages Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Lady Lake, Fla. Lester was born February 11, 1943 in Milwaukee, Wisc. to his parents, Lester George Frenz and Virginia Martha (Plucker) Frenz.
Lester and his loving wife Katherine moved to The Villages, Fla. 18 years ago from Burlington, Wisc. He worked for the City of Oak Creek, Wisc. for 30 years as a Civil Engineering Technician. Lester was a proud United States Army Veteran serving as an instructor in Fort Bliss, El Paso and then went to Germany during his enlistment. He was a member of the Lady Lakes Golf Club. Privately Lester and his wife were benefactors to many local families who were in need for dental care and items to help them survive.
He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Katherine Frenz of The Villages, Fla.; a son, Konrad Frenz and his wife Caterina of Delavan, Wisc.; a daughter: Colette McCracken and her husband William of Campbelltown, Australia; a loving granddaughter, Vivienne Frenz and many nieces and nephews.
Lester was preceded in death by his parents, and a sister, Lorraine Bakke and two brothers, Phillip Frenz and Frederick Frenz.
