Lester Lichte Obituary
Les was born on December 22, 1931, in Ludington, MI, the son of the late Albert Lichte and Irene (Gifford) Huff. He graduated from Lansing High School.
He was a machinist for General Motors in Lansing for many years before retiring in the 1970's.
Les was a little bit of a loner and enjoyed spending his time seeking adventure. He was an avid adventurer – flying his plane all over the world, boating most of the world's oceans, canoeing all over the U.S., and hiking the deserts of the southwest, Grand Canyon, and more. He thoroughly enjoyed being in the outdoors.
Les is survived by his brothers Roger Lichte and Harold Lichte, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents Albert and Irene, Les was preceded in death by his brother Delbert Lichte.
Arrangements were entrusted to Oak Grove Funeral Home of Ludington, www.OakGroveLudington.com.
