Letha Nihiser Obituary
She was born Jan. 6, 1934 in Logan to Orval Guy Smith and Clara Etta Pierson Smith.
Surviving are her sons Craig Michael (Christine) Nihiser of Rockbridge and Brian (Judy) Nihiser of Logan; grandchildren Lesha (Greg) Thrapp, Danielle (Bryan) Cox, Kyle (Kayla) Nihiser, and Kelly Nihiser; great-grandchildren Cassady (Jordan) Wolfe, Austin Thrapp, Macie Thrapp, Heath Cox, Luke Cox, Kaitlyn Nihiser, Lauryn Nihiser, Tristan Nihiser, and Landon Nihiser.
Letha was preceded in death by her parents; husband Lowell Lester Nihiser; grandson Korey Nihiser; sisters Betty, Jean, Kate, Rosemond, Velma, and twin sister Retha Walker; and brothers Dick, Don, Glendon and Harold.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home, Logan, Ohio, with Pastor Bev Stahr officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Rockbridge, Ohio.
Calling hours will be observed 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, and 1-2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
