I remember Dr. deVeber from way back... playing with his dogs on the shores of Lake Huron, teaching them to be great hunting dogs and taking walks on the beach. I remember Barry and Iola coming over for a visit after dinner on Saturday night and having lots of laughs and stories. Even as a kid I was impressed with the good Dr.and all that he was doing for his patients. He will be missed.

Dr. deVeber was an amazing man who inspired many people. I was privileged to pray with him during the 40 Days for Life prayer vigil last fall. I will treasure the memory of his warmth, faith, and interest in those who were with us, praying for "the little ones who have no voice ".

The good doctor also founded London Area Right to Life Association fifty years ago, under the title of "Defense of the Unborn". He and other like minded people met with Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau to talk about protecting babies in the womb.

My prayers and sympathy are with the whole family.

Blessings,

Bonnie Pember
