Together Again
Lewis Dennison, 80, known to most as Joe Louie, (Red Eye), passed away May 3, 2022.
Lewis loved unconditionally as he was an incredibly loving and caring father, grandfather, great grandfather and one of the greatest men in the world. He had the biggest heart and would give the shirt off his back to anyone that needed it.
He would load up his little cooler, turn on some music and ride the lawn mower and cut grass for hours on the house on the hill, in Sugarloaf, NY. He even went snow tubing a time or two down that same hill.
Fishing was one of his greatest loves. Dad and Mom would load up the boat early in the morning then go fishing until sunset or when the fish stop biting. Mom always caught more fish than Dad did, but he didn't care. Being out on the water gave them so much peace.
Daddy, you gave it a good fight, you outlived most and you will always be a champion of Champions. The Lord seen that you were tired, Mom and Bubby wanted you home, for I know they miss you dearly.
Joe Louie was preceded in death by his loving wife Gloria (Sis) and son Lewis (Bubby) Dennison Jr. as well as his mother, father and many, many brothers and sisters. They are all joined again in Heaven, singing, dancing and of course fishing. You are so very missed, it will be hard to go on without you.
Until we meet again, give everyone our love and tell them they are sorely missed and please continue to watch over us.
