Lewis Eppright

Lewis Eppright was born on September 8, 1931 in Hunters Bend to Andrew and Lillie Eppright. Lewis was preceded in death by his parents Andrew and Lillie Eppright; one sister Doris Hill; two brothers, Bennie Eppright and Charles Eppright. Lewis joined the Rock Quarry Missionary Baptist Church in Hornsby Bend and confessed Christ as his Lord and Savior at an early age and continued to hold on to his faith throughout his lifetime. Lewis received his education in the Hornsby Bend Independent School District. He served his country in the United States Army. Lewis settled into civilian life in Austin, Texas where he owned and operated several businesses. Lewis leaves to cherish his precious memories wife, Celestine Thompson Eppright; two sons, Lewis Don Eppright (Anne) and Zackary Eppright (Ivory); two stepdaughters, Ruby Edwards (Brian) and Mae Alexander; one brother, Kenneth Eppright (Bobbie); four grandchildren, Devonia Eppright, Elizabeth Eppright, Karen Alexander and Ralphel Alexander; five great grandsons, Coy Gentry, William Gentry, Richard Jones, Chris McCullough and Quinton Alexander; two great granddaughters, Monicia Archie and Diamond McCullough; countless nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
