Lexie Bartosh Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Hurley Funeral Home - Pleasanton on Jan. 14, 2026.
On January 9, 2026, at just 11 years old, Lexie Bartosh passed away, leaving behind a legacy of joy, laughter, and love far beyond her years. She is survived by her sister, Kylie Bartosh; her mother, Jodie Bartosh; her father, John Bartosh; and many deeply loved family members and friends.

Lexie was born in San Antonio, Texas, and lived each day with a sense of fun, adventure, and silliness that brought light to everyone who knew her. She loved to draw and was a passionate movie enthusiast, enjoying everything from Beauty and the Beast to Squid Games. Recently, she had begun dipping her toes into acting. Lexie adored animals of all kinds-from the orcas at SeaWorld, the dogs at animal shelters, to the birds in her own backyard-and found wonder in the world around her.

For the past year, Lexie fought a courageous battle against leukemia. Through it all, she never lost her signature sass or dry sense of humor, continuing to make those around her smile even in the hardest moments.

A Celebration of Life honoring Lexie will be held on January 31 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at The Gateway Church: 1610 W Goodwin Street, Pleasanton, Texas 78064
