Librado "Lee" Carmona Moreno, born on 05/11/1947 in La Féria, TX, to Francisco Palma Moreno and Clara
Carmona Moreno. Went to be with the Lord on 04/10/2025 at the age of 77, in Visalia, CA.
Librado Graduated from Ernest Righetti High School and went on to serve proudly in the US Navy,
Including combat in Vietnam.
Upon returning he married Irene and they built their house with their own hands.
As a hardworking man he worked many jobs to provide for his family.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Irene Rivera Moreno of Tulare, CA, siblings Joe and Julian,children Angela "Angie",Librado Jr., Victoria, and Christopher, grandchildren
Alan, Kandis, Angel, Monique,Alyssa,Alicia,
Makayla,Dallas,Zoe,Selena,
AJ,Bailey, WALL·E, Eva, great grandchildren Sharon, Janelle,Dominic,Isaiah,
Isabella,Caleb,Zacky,
Annie,Aidan, KJ,Karma,Isaac. He is preceded in death by grandson Gabriel, great granddaughter Susana, sister Isabel,son Adam, granddaughter Jessica.
Memorial service will be held 04/25/2025 2pm at 1878 N. Mooney Blvd., Tulare,CA.
