Lillian Weaver Drakulic, age 94, of Harborcreek (formerly of North East) passed away on Monday, Sept 25, 2023, at UPMC Hamot surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Jackson Center, PA on March 31, 1929 to the late William P. Weaver Sr. and Hazel Knox Weaver.
Lillian formerly worked at the Electric Materials Co. in North East until her retirement in 1986. She was an active member of North East Christian Missionary Alliance Church. Lillian especially enjoyed being with family and friends, particularly her great grandchildren, who brought her so much joy.
Lillian was preceded in death by her husband, John Drakulic in 2004, brothers; Walter, Kenneth, Richard, and Owen Weaver, sisters; Freda Smith, Joyce Ellis, Violet Irwin, and Jean Weaver.
Lillian is survived by daughters; Karen Myers of Harborcreek and Diane Battleson (Terry) of Gaffney SC, son, Mike Drakulic, brother; William P. Weaver Jr., sisters; Mildred Irwin, Donna Reed, and Sharlene Kay Reed, grandchildren; Holly Myers, Kelly Herbstritt (Rick), Jason Drakulic, and Nick Battleson, and great-grandchildren; Nataly, Eve, Rachel, Kolby, Caden, Julia, and Jonathan.
Friends may call at the William D. Elkin Funeral Home, 65 South Lake St., North East on Friday from noon until time of funeral service at 1 PM. Officiating is Rev. Marvin Hutchison. Interment at North East Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital at 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105. Please send condolences to elkinfh.com.
