Lillian May McSwiney, 80 of Wrentham, MA, formerly of West Roxbury and Brookline passed peacefully at home surrounded by family on October 11, 2023. Devoted wife of 46 years to the late James McSwiney. Loving mother of 5 children and their spouses James Michael and Pam McSwiney, Lilly and Petr Dubovsky, Sean and Kim McSwiney, Liz, Megan and Mike Lomuscio; 10 grandchildren Brian and his wife Kelli, Michael, Courtney, Hayley, Celia, Lilly, Tommy, Dani, Ari, and Sami; and 1 great-grandchild, Charles.
Lillian, the youngest of 9 children, is survived by her sister Patricia of Brookline and brother Tom, also of Brookline. She is the loving aunt of many nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind friend and caretaker Eve Ennis of Foxboro. A Catholic Mass will be celebrated to honor Lillian's life at St. Mary's Church, 130 South Street, Wrentham, MA 02093 on Saturday, October 21st at 10:30am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lillian's most favorite pastime, Catholic TV, P.O. Box 9196, Watertown, MA 02471 www.catholictv.org.
